The Atlantis Restaurant

The Atlantis offers you French cuisine adapted to local products. A delicious fusion, born of the culinary passion of Gérard Prystasz, former Chef at the French Presidential Palace.

Breakfast and cleaning of the rooms both take place from 8 AM till 10 AM.

The typical Atlantis breakfast includes tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, fresh homemade bread, crepes with sugar or honey, cheese and wide selection of fresh fruit.

Lunch is served from 12 noon to 3 PM in our restaurant or in our pavillion on the beach.

Dinner is served from 7:30 PM till 10 PM.

About the Chef, Gérard Prystasz:
Gérard PrystaszGérard began his career at the "l'hostellerie du château", and then served as chef at the Byblos Hotel in Saint Tropez, at the Cheval Blanc Restaurant, at "l'Hôtellerie de la Chaumière" in Rempuis, and at the Les Santons Restaurant in Grimaud. All these are famous restaurants, recognized as such by the Michelin Guide, and celebrated for their excellent cuisine.

During his military service, Gérard Prystasz served as chef for the French government at the Presidential Palace, and after his tour of duty he became the personal chef, for a year, of the President of France, François Mitterand.

After that he was co-chef with George Blanc at La Mère Blanc Restaurant in Vonnas, before founding his own restaurant, the Europe Plage Restaurant, in Saint Tropez.
